AI creative factory
AI generates the footage. A person signs off every ad.
This production line belongs to Aldermay. Direction comes from a strategist, raw video from AI, and the finish from an editor's hands. The output is more test material than a normal shoot schedule could ever carry.

Budget reading
Indicative reading: ads × €363. The final figure is fixed at the briefing.
Three vendors will trade blame over a bad month. Here ads, media and measurement report to the same crew, so a CMO or founder has a single place to take a fault.
System 1 · Paid media
User acquisition and media buying
Strategy, account builds, bids and budgets all stay with us. Every report comes out of your MMP, so there are no screenshots to take on trust.
Bad readings steer a campaign wrong, so the instruments get calibrated first. AppsFlyer or Adjust is installed and audited, iOS conversion values are mapped in SKAN, and a lift test settles what attribution leaves open.
SKAN
Postback windows read, conversion values mapped, null values traced
MMP
Adjust or AppsFlyer installed, events and SDK tested, duplicates ruled out
Lift
Holdouts by geography, for the questions attribution cannot close
Signal path: how one install turns into one decision
Signal
The install registers on the ad platform: Snapchat, Apple Ads, TikTok, Google or Meta.
MMP
Your MMP, Adjust or AppsFlyer, strips duplicates using store records.
iOS
Apple sends a SKAN postback. Its conversion value is translated into a revenue event.
Check
A geo holdout separates real lift from coincidence.
Act
The next budget and creative brief are written from that return.

Build a batch instead of a single shot
The line runs 20 to 80 finished ads at a time, from €363 each. Spreading the bet across many ads teaches more than polishing a lone hero asset.

Keep the brief and the budget in the same hands
Authors of the brief stay on to fly it: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, Apple Ads, Moloco, ChatGPT Ads. The brief never changes hands, so its intent survives into the buying.

TikTok Ads
Ads shaped for the feed, made to stop a thumb before the budget is wasted.
Apple Ads
Your listing on screen during an App Store search for your category.
Snapchat Ads
Younger viewers, full screen, and footage cut for this format from the start.
ChatGPT Ads
A slot in the ChatGPT conversation while a buyer is still comparing, earlier than any search query.
App Store Optimization
Better store pages, so more of your bought traffic turns into installs.
CRM and retention
Stops paid-for users from leaking out, which extends the working life of your spend.
Answer Engine Optimization
Your name in the reply when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or a similar assistant which product to pick. Tracked with the same rigour as a paid channel.

FAQ
Quick reference handbook.
Flip a switch to read the entry. These are the questions we hear before a first batch.
Is creative in scope, or media buying only?
Both, deliberately. Video, UGC and AI concepts come off our own line at 20 to 80 ads a batch and from €363 per finished ad. The buyers on your account pick what the next batch carries, using what the last batch brought in.
What does a batch cost?
Each finished video ad starts at €363, and a batch holds 20 to 80 of them. The count is deliberate: the variation gives the test something to learn from, and no single ad carries the budget.
Whose hands are on my account?
Operators hold the controls, and no account manager sits in between to relay messages. Whoever answers your call has worked channels hands-on and makes the changes personally. Spend figures, attribution and the logic behind each move stay in your view.
How are tracking and attribution instrumented?
As a separate system with its own checks. Adjust or AppsFlyer is installed and audited until its data can be trusted. On iOS, SKAN values are wired to the events that predict revenue. When attribution reads inconclusive, an incrementality test takes over. You and we read the same dashboards.
How many channels do you fly?
Seven: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Ads, Moloco, ChatGPT Ads. Whoever writes the brief stays on to spend the budget, which removes the handover.
What happens inside the AI creative factory?
It is the production line we run in-house. Concept comes from a strategist, footage from AI, and the final edit, subtitles and colour from a person. Nothing leaves without that last pass. Output: 20 to 80 ads a batch, from €363 per finished ad.
What is Aldermay, in one report?
User acquisition and performance marketing for apps, games and ecommerce, handled from the first frame to the final report. We produce the creative, AI video and UGC included, buy the media on 7 channels, then state what the spend brought back.
Which advertisers is this built for?
Apps, games and online stores in a fast climb, already selling, with budget to keep buying traffic. You are usually a CMO, a founder or the person running growth. Typical jobs: mobile app marketing, mobile game UA and store listing optimization.
